Fontana Formiello prdocuts are delivered by the third generation of the Coppola fmily that beganserving and trading foud and wine from across Italy in a small gastronomia at Fontana Formiello in Mercato San Severino in 1908.

Medium couscous made from steamed and dried durum wheat to be served as an accompaniment with stews and casseroles, or in salads together with herbs, spices or roasted vegetables.
